1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using [www.aizatex.com], you agree to be bound by these Terms and Service and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors and customers.
2. Accuracy & Product Representation
  • Color Variation: We strive for accuracy, but due to digital screen settings and photographic lighting, a 10–15% variation in color and texture is expected and is not considered a defect.
  • Dyelot Variations: Fabric colors may vary slightly between different production batches (dyelots). We recommend purchasing the full quantity required for your project in a single order to ensure consistency.
3. Orders & Pricing
  • Offer and Acceptance: Your order constitutes an "offer." Our acceptance occurs only upon dispatch of the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including inventory shortages or pricing errors.
  • Custom Cuts: Once a fabric is cut from the roll to your specified length, the order is considered custom and cannot be modified.
