At Aizatex, we take pride in the quality of our textiles. Because our fabrics are custom-cut from larger rolls specifically for your order, we have a restricted return policy.
  • Eligibility Window: You must initiate a return request within [48 hours/3 days] of delivery.

    • Fabric must be unwashed, uncut, and unstitched.
    • A clear, uncut unboxing video is mandatory to claim damages or missing items.
  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Items purchased during a sale or clearance event.
    • Custom-printed or personalized fabrics.
  • Minor Variations: Please note that a 10-15% variation in color may occur due to screen settings or the hand-processed nature of fabrics.
